HOSTING ACSBE TRAINING

We deliver most of our training through a growing national network of partners - leading business development organizations who market and host our training in their local regions.  As a local host organization, you will play a lead role in bringing world-class training to your staff and clients, have the opportunity to get free training for your staff and earn revenue for your organization. Three common hosting options are described below; one may work for you.  If not, we'd be happy to explore a custom option that meets your needs and priorities.

Level 1: Supporting Role in a Publicly-Offered Session

Under this Level, host organizations receive one free registration for each 10 paying registrants.  The host organization may provide these free registrations to their staff, clients - anyone they choose.   

Level 1 Partnership Requirements
Organizations who are committed to playing an active role in bringing a workshop to their local community, and who agree to the following terms, are encouraged to contact us to explore this Level.

Level 1 Terms 
Host organization is responsible for: 

  • Endorsing and promoting the workshop within their local region; and
  • Assisting with identifying appropriate workshop facilities and accommodations (if necessary). 


The host organization is under no financial obligation to ACSBE under this Level.

Under this Level, ACSBE is responsible for: 

  • Providing PDF copies of promotional brochures, which the partner may distribute to their local network;
  • Conducting targeted email marketing in consultation with the partner organization;
  • Responding to inquiries from prospective participants;
  • Processing all participant registrations and fee payments;
  • Booking the training facility and all catering;
  • Providing all training materials - sufficient copies for each participant;
  • Providing trainer(s) and providing for trainer(s)’ travel costs.

 

Level 2: Joint Venture on a Publicly-Offered Session
Under this Level, partner organizations can earn a portion of the registration fees for their efforts.   

Level 2 Partnership Requirements
Organizations who feel confident they can secure a minimum of 15 paying participants, and who agree to the following terms and fee structure, are encouraged to contact us to explore this Level.   

Level 2 Terms

Host organization is responsible for: 

  • Promoting the workshop within their local region;
  • Securing a minimum of 15 paying participants;
  • Collecting and forwarding participant registrations and payment information to ACSBE;
  • Providing workshop facilities, including classroom, data projector & screen, flip chart, and covering all associated costs thereof; and
  • Arranging for morning & afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunch breaks, and covering all associated costs thereof. 


ACSBE is responsible for providing:
 

  • Electronic marketing materials;
  • All training materials - sufficient copies for each participant;
  • Trainer(s) and provide for trainer(s)’ travel costs.


Level 2 Fee Sharing

Under this arragement, host organizations can receive 10-20% of gross registration fees, which they can retain as earned income or, pass along to individual participants as a discount.  Host organizations are responsible to pay their direct costs (promotion, venue, catering) out of their portion of the registration fees.


Level 3: Purchase of a Private Session

Under this Level, the host organization contracts with ACSBE to provide a training session for its staff and/or clients.  


Level 3 Partnership Requirements
Organizations who want to pay a fixed fee to provide a private, custom session for their staff or clients are encouraged to contact us to explore this Level.  

Level 3 Terms

Host organization is generally responsible for:

  • Securing the session participants;
  • Collecting and forwarding participant information to ACSBE;
  • Providing workshop facilities, including classroom, data projector & screen, flip chart, and covering all associated costs thereof;
  • Arranging for any morning & afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunch breaks, and covering all associated costs thereof; and
  • Paying ACSBE the negotiated training fee.


ACSBE is responsible for providing:
 

  • All training materials - sufficient copies for each participant;
  • Trainer(s) and provide for trainer(s)’ travel costs.
