 Purposeful Planning means creating a culture within an organization that values ongoing planning, and a culture that recognizes the role of all stakeholders in that planning process (which includes the board, staff, clients, partners, etc). Purposeful planning also means knowing when to put planning aside and ‘get down to action’.

In this high-energy, one-day FREE workshop you will examine the vital role effective – or “Purposeful” – planning has in the work and life of non-profit and social enterprises. Along with other local non-profiteers, you’ll explore proven methods for creating a culture of purposeful planning within your very own organization.
