APEC Workshop for Small Business Counsellors

Program Overview
Developed by ACSBE, the APEC Training and Certification Program for Small Business Counsellors is the only internationally-recognized certification program for professionals who help entrepreneurs start and grow small businesses. The APEC Program shows business development professionals at all levels of experience how to skilfully combine their business expertise with proven counselling strategies, enabling them to engage more clients to work more effectively on the development of their business. 

The APEC Workshop is the foundation of the APEC Program where, guided by our expert trainers, participants learn about and practice a range of topics and skills, including:

Help Us Celebrate our 10th Anniversary and Play an Active Role in the Development of our Program
At our next session, in Lunenburg Nova Scotia, we will be rolling out an updated, enhanced version of our APEC 5-day Training Program for Small Business Counsellors, as part of our 10th Anniversary Celebration of the APEC Program. This will be the first offering of the enhanced Program, and we'll be looking for feedback from the participants to help us determine what we've got right and what still needs refining. In return for this feedback, we're offering this session at half our regular price - $1000 instead of the standard $2000.  We have limited space for this session, and expect that it will fill up quickly, so don't delay registering.

The special discount for the Lunenburg training session isn’t the only way to save on our training.  The APEC Full Certification Bundle includes all the training and support required to make application to the APEC Secretariat for the Certified Business Counsellor certification. Specifically, it includes the 5-day residential training, the two online learning modules, and the portfolio development.  Including the special discount for the Lunenburg training session, these components priced separately would cost $1900, whereas the APEC Full Certification Bundle is priced at $1500 – a $400 savings on top of the $1000 discount for the Lunenburg training session.
