Our company has experienced tremendous growth and we are building two new cleaning teams. These are permanent positions and we have several openings for house cleaning professionals with our company. We can offer you up to 30 or more hours per week. Experience is not required to join our company but you must have daily access to a reliable car. We pay a daily gas allowance. We do extensive background checks on all new employees. You must have reliable transportation to and from work AND be willing to drive to and from our client's homes. Our days start at 8am so you must be able to arrive at our office by 7:45am.Our days end anywhere from 3-5pm so you must be able to work until 5pm if the schedule requires it.

Most people are familiar with Insurance Brokers that help their clients find the best car or fire insurance. A Mortgage Broker's job is very similar. You will also need to obtain a Nova Scotia Mortgage Brokers license at a cost of about $260. And, there are also some insurance and association fees. These fees can easily be recouped by closing 1-2 mortgages. Mortgage Brokers usually work from a home office and can set their own hours. Mortgage Brokers can meet with their clients at the client's home or a local coffee shop, for example. Mortgage Brokers are paid on a commission basis by the banks. We do not charge our clients for our services. An average Mortgage Broker would make around $45,000 per year. However, many good brokers make much more than that. Mortgage Managers has been nominated by several banks for the Best Newcomer Mortgage Brokerage for the Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine's 2011 Canadian Mortgage Awards.
Qualifications/Experience: No experience is necessary. A new, week long, Mortgage Broker 101 course is available through Maritime Business College if you do not have any prior mortgage experience. The course only costs $500 including the textbook.
