Financial Analysis
Financial Analysis for Business Development Professionals will provide participants with an understanding of the relevance and importance of the attributes that lead to both individual and organizational success.  Participants will become proficient in calculating and understanding margins, and will recognize the value of margins and why they should never be compromised. In Strategic Planning for Business Development Professionals, you’ll learn to help your clients take control of their hard work by leading them through the strategic planning process – a process designed to help them step back and review their actions through the lenses of purpose and vision.
